-
Sessions cost £80 per hour. I offer a discount on the first session which costs £50.

Therapy can benefit anyone looking to better understand themselves, improve their relationships, or address specific mental health concerns. I offer a free phone consultation to discuss your needs and determine if my approach aligns with your goals.
-
The length of therapy varies greatly depending on your specific goals and circumstances. Some clients benefit from short-term therapy (8-12 sessions), while others find value in longer-term work. We'll regularly review your progress and adjust our approach as needed.
-
